Sleep therapeutic workshop: disorders and treatments
Doctor Sylvie Royant-Parola, head of sleep explorations at the hospital, leads a group on sleep and sleep disorders, for hospitalised patients and their family.
The objectives of the group are both educational and therapeutic
- Why do we sleep?
- How can we find out how much sleep we need and when?
- Role of drugs. How can they be used?
- What diseases lie behind sleep disorders?
- How to learn how to sleep properly again?
There are as many questions as there are potential areas of work for discussing sleep at this meeting.
Close family and former patients are welcome as sleeping well concerns us all.
